-Sautéed Mahi Mahi served with a papaya-pineapple relish, rice pilaf, & fresh seasonal vegetables.
-Grilled Portobello Mushroom Stack with spinach, corn, polenta rounds, ratatouille, balsamic syrup & white truffle oil.
-Grilled flank steak, served with mushroom & Madeira sauce, rice pilaf, & fresh seasonal vegetables.

Each entrée is accompanied by baby arugula salad and dessert.
