Vicki Boeckman and Friends

Recorder Trio

Vicki Boeckman and FriendsTuesday, March 5, 2013
Trinity Parish Church
7:30 p.m.

Seattle based recorderist Vicki Boeckman and friends will perform works by Henry the VIII, Christopher Tye, Vincenzo Ruffo, Danish madrigals from the time of King Christian IV, Matthias Maute, Boismortier, and an exciting world premier of a work by Seattle’s own Peter Seibert.

The trio has played all over Denmark, Germany, Sweden, and the United States. With an eclectic mix of styles that include medieval melodies, baroque sonatas, and tone paintings from the 20th and 21st centuries, they gracefully lead the listener on a journey through an enchanted garden of aural and visual delights, captivating audiences with their exclusive mix of virtuosity, grace, wit and charm.

Our performances are possible only through the generous support and loyalty of friends like you. Please invest in great early music with a generous tax-deductible contribution to Early Music Guild.
